Slow food Ireland presents Wild & Slow 2012, a unique festival that celebrates everything that is good about Irish food: fresh, local, traditional and wild. It’s a yearlong event culminating in November, when the eyes of the nation will be on Wicklow as Ireland’s 2nd wild food harvest festival takes place.
